  • Athletic wear that is comfortable to move in and easy to work around will work best for these sessions. I recommend items like shorts, boxers, sports bras, tube tops, or swimwear. If you forget to bring a change of clothing the sessions can also be done nude with draping.

  • The saying ‘No pain, no gain’ is entirely wrong when it comes to bodywork. However, sessions can sometimes be comfortable as we work to create change in the body and help the nervous system understand what has changed. Clients are entirely in control of when we ease up. Sometimes, a soreness similar to after working out can be felt.

  • Yes! Wheelchairs and other mobility devices will have plenty of space to get around. And if that ends up not being the case for you, I can work in your space - free of charge.

  • Street parking is often easy to find. However, please give yourself plenty of extra time to find parking. If you check-in early there is free coffee and tea and it gives your body and mind a chance to relax before we get started. If possible, we may even be able to get started early.
