90 MINUTE session - $155
90 Minutes sessions are highly recommended for most people. This allows us time for a throughout assessment, in addition to our work together.
60 minute session - $105
60 Minute sessions are best for repeat clients that only need maintenance work, for recovery/relaxation sessions, and for anybody that feels 60 minutes is better suited for you.
30 minute session - $60
Targeted session focused on helping you with one area of focus. Can also be a great option for those hesitant about bodywork or curious to experience a different style of bodywork.
